Zip It Gear is glad to guarantee your gear from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer defects are construction related defects and wear and tear from normal or heavy use will not be covered.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will refund your money upon return of your unused, unworn and undamaged product. You may be subject to a return and restocking fee of up to 20% of your original invoice if the product or packaging is damaged. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not refund postage, shipping and/or handling.
Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 60 days of original purchase: Zip It Gear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 60 days of original purchase: Zip It Gear will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
